Water and Electric Access
For mobile detailing services, customers must provide unrestricted access to a working outdoor water tap and power supply.
If either supply is unavailable, faulty, or incompatible with standard detailing equipment (e.g. hose connectors/adapters), we reserve the right to cancel the appointment on arrival.
If the service cannot go ahead due to a customer’s water or power issue, the booking deposit will not be refunded.
Respectful Conduct Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, rude, or disrespectful behaviour.
Any form of verbal abuse, confrontation, or interference with our equipment or staff will result in immediate cancellation of service.
In such cases, no refunds will be issued, regardless of service completion status.
Non-Refundable Deposits
All bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances except if the cancellation is made by us due to internal issues or scheduling conflicts.
Cancellations made by the customer with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to meet site requirements, will result in loss of deposit.

ARE THERE ANY REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR MOBILE SERVICE?
Yes, we currently require access to a water supply and electric. All mobile requests further than a 10 mile radius from us (Basildon, SS14) are booked only with our Premium Package.

DO YOU OFFER A MONTHLY MAINTENANCE PACKAGE?
Yes! We offer a monthly maintenance package starting from £55 per month. To ensure the best results, we first require a deep clean to bring your car to a showroom standard, which we then maintain with regular upkeep.

HOW DO I PREPARE MY CAR BEFORE MY DETAILING APPOINTMENT?
Ensure all personal items are removed from the car before arrival, and there’s enough fuel for any necessary manoeuvres.
